Robb White
Owner
Robb grew up in a family of realtors, from his aunt and uncle to his mother, Emma Jo White, who was a broker in real estate for almost 18 years prior to opening Crown Title. Robb says that in addition to learning the ‘ins and outs’ of real estate from his mother he also learned everything about service, sales and taking care of a client. He says, however, the most important thing she taught him “is that it has to come from the heart.”
Upon graduating the University of Tennessee in Communications Robb landed a position with Cameron & Barkley, and then quickly parlayed that success into a position with GRAINGER Industrial. Robb was quickly recognized as a leader in both regional and national sales. He rose from Account Manager to Territory Management in less than three years and was recognized as a top national sales producer in his first year as Territory Manager. He was consistently in the Top 5 every year after. In 2000, after spending many years on the road in corporate sales, Robb was asked to take over the reins of his family’s business, Crown Title, and has run the business since that time acting as Owner / President and lead Settlement Agent.
Rhonda Queen
Office Manager, Processor, and Closing Agent
Rhonda has been with Crown Title for 26 years. She is excellent at solving challenging title problems and is an invaluable asset for keeping our office running smoothly. In her free time Rhonda likes to read, cook, spend time with family and friends and is very involved with her church.
Gina Houk
Transaction Coordinator
After completing her Associate’s Degree, Gina began her career in the title business in 1990. After taking several years away to raise children and run her own small business, she returned to the title business in August 2020 when she joined Crown Title. Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter, hiking, camping, and kayaking.
Rebecca White
Processor and Closing Agent
Rebecca has been with Crown Title since February of 2021. She studied music at Middle Tennessee State University and graduated in 2015. She has worked various roles within the real estate industry and enjoys being able to provide top notch customer service to her clients. When she’s not working hard to get files to the closing table, she enjoys playing music and spending time with her son.
